Booking process
To make a booking through our website, you must provide us with accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to reject any booking for any reason. When you make a booking, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Please ensure that you review the details of your booking carefully and contact us immediately if there are any errors or discrepancies.
Payment
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking. We accept payments by credit card and other payment methods as specified on our website. Prices on our website are in the currency specified and are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation and refund policy
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing at least 30 days prior to the start of the retreat. If you cancel within 30 days of the start of the retreat, we reserve the right to retain the full booking fee. If we cancel the retreat for any reason, we will refund the full booking fee.
Right of withdrawal
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our website. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have a right of withdrawal for 14 days from the date you received your order confirmation. During this period, you may cancel your purchase to us for any reason, without explanation. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the date you received your order confirmation.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the purchase by sending an email to hello@thestablearild.se.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund to you all payments received from you without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we receive your withdrawal notice.
