Jonas Jung, left a hectic career life, bought a small company and turned himself into farmer and stable manager. Jonas can be found working in the garden, roaming the countryside searching for local ingredients, cooking delicious meals and making sure guests and farm animals are happy.
Katja Wottke is a certified Shakti Naam yoga teacher and a keen gardener and vegetable grower. She enjoys country-living by the coast in Skåne after 25 years working as a florist in Copenhagen and a decade of traveling the world exploring natural medicine and alternative remedies. Katja teaches yoga and contributes with cooking delicious vegetarian food during retreat season at The Stable.
Evalena Söderberg offer Peter Hess sound healing, relaxing yin yoga and detox juice courses at Yoga By The Sea in Mölle as well as at The Stable, Arild. Having studied nutrition and biology in London, Evalena has developed an interest in using food as medicine. She lives by the sea in Arild and can also be found cooking mouthwatering, healthy meals at The Stable.
Will Oldfield, the Autralian surfer and winery worker, is running Coasters Hideaway and Flowerfarm located alongside The Stable in the hidden valley between Arild and Brunnby. The two places being intertwined, and with the same vision of slow life close to nature, Will is helping out by offering glamping tents during retreat season and is also involved in al fresco supper clubs over the summer.
Cecilia Pehrsson and her cheeky little dog Skurk can be found wearing flowery shirts and dirty overalls roaming the gardens and the fields of the farm. Cecilia, a garden architect, former midwife, lover of literature, flowers and perfume is responsible for the gardens and the vegetable lot at The Stable Arild. The always smiling Cecilia is also involved in cooking and serving at the supper clubs in July.
